Support Ticket Facility Launched

To maintain easy interaction with our clients, we are pleased to announce that our new support ticket facility is now live and functioning after being fully tested.

This now means that clients are able to either contact us by phone during office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), e-mail or submit a SUPPORT TICKET to resolve any support issues that may arise.

Once a ticket has been submitted, you will received an e-mail with a unique reference number that you can use to track the progress of the support issue that you have submitted.
